For a more comprehensive experience, certified DBEs & DBs should also complete the Annual Needs Assessment once they’ve signed up to have their free Public Memberships automatically upgraded to an Enhanced Diverse Business Membership for 12 months.

Each time any organizational user from a certified DBE or DB completes the ANA, they renew the Enhanced Diverse Business Membership for another 12 months for All connected accounts in their organization.

This feature is also available to Non-Diverse Businesses as well but does have a fee which is reflected by the paid Business SignUp, Premium Business Signup, and Agency Signup Options. All membership levels above the public sign-up include sub-accounts and additional features but all MPP Program participation expectations could be met with a Free public account
